Going on an adventure holiday with kids means that action packed activities are a necessity to keep them entertained. When you stay at Share Discovery Village you have the opportunity to book on to our thrilling activity programmes in Easter right through to the end of the summer. (We also provide group activities all year around for groups of 10+) Each day is different so you are guaranteed to take part in wide variety of fun adventures on both land and water. Activities on the programme include water-based sports like windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and stand up paddleboarding, land-based activities like archery, climbing and mountain biking and arts activities such as t-shirt painting and film-making.

Self-Catering or All-Inclusive Holidays Family Activity Holidays
The chalet accommodation is ideal for families as they can sleep up to 12 people, they are spacious, warm and a cosy place to relax after a day’s activities. An important decision to make before booking a family vacation is whether to go full-board or self-catered. We provide both options on-site! Choose the full-board option and your group will get treated to a variety of tasty dishes at breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper. There’s the option of continental style breakfasts with oats and fruit or a scrumptious cooked breakfast that will fill your bellies for the entire day. Each day lunch and dinner will be different. One day you could be tucking into a mouth-watering lasagne and the next a traditional roast dinner. Vegan & vegetarian options are also provided. For those choosing the self-catering option, you will be delighted to hear that our cosy and affordable lakeside chalets provide all the necessary utensils needed to whip up a tantalising meal of your choice.
A Deserted Island Escape
We have an option to take your family activity holiday to the next level – Trannish Island Bothy! We own part of an island upon which we have a charming dwelling that can sleep up to 12 people. To access the deserted island, you must paddle out from Share Discovery Village. (We can provide transport by powerboat but we recommend the paddle as it adds to the epic family adventure holiday!) The bothy boasts a wood burning stove, cooking area, warm and dry accommodation and self-composting toilets – just in case you were wondering where you had to go to do your business on a deserted island! With a sheltered BBQ area, camp fire and plenty of picnic benches for seating, every angle is covered for a memorable evening with your loved ones. The Stunning Fermanagh Lakelands
Our prime location on Upper Lough Erne in the Fermanagh Lakelands, makes us an ideal option for an adventure holiday with kids. Access to a huge selection of tourist attractions in a matter of minutes is no problem at all. Cuilcagh Legnabrocky Trail (Stairway to Heaven)
A family adventure holiday wouldn’t be complete without a hike and one of the best mountians in Ireland for a hike is Cuilcagh Mountain.
This 4-mile trek passes over a stunning landscape that is species rich and is capped off with a unique boardwalk to the summit.
Crom Estate
One of 3 magnificent National Trust estates in County Fermanagh, Crom Estate is only a 15-minute drive from Share Discovery Village and with such an abundance of wildlife and history on the estate, it a brilliant location to visit on your holiday. Devenish Island
Lough Erne is covered in islands – 365 to be exact. But one of the most famous is Devenish Island. If you are booking a family activity holiday in Fermanagh, this is not to be missed. Here you can submerse yourself in the historic ruins of castles that were raided by Vikings centuries ago!
