Spend a session learning Mountain bike skills on our purpose built skills track including: body positioning, gear usage, obstacles, see saws, track stands / manual front wheel lifts / power assisted front wheel lifts / unweighting the rear of the bike, distributing weight and balancing, pumping and drop offs.
Race along our tracks which meander through the forest progressing from the beginner route to expert! Participants must be a minimum of 8 years old to participate
Session Length: 2 hour session on Fridays

MOUNTAIN BIKING IS A PART OF OUR ACTIVITIES FOR ALL! These activities are available to the general public over Easter, weekends in May and June and EVERYDAY in July and August!
For people aged 10-16 aiming to progress at Mountain Biking can join our range of Summer Schemes which run throughout July and August.
